With 10 years of development, our factory has expanded the plant area to around 20000 square meters (include two factories: mold maker and injection molding factory, product processing factory) and increased its staff over 1200 of which more than 500 are professional and experienced employees.
We are equipped with ranges of advanced facilities and reliable technicians. We can do one-stop service from mold concept to finished part. Among the detailed steps, we supply service like designing, manufacturing, product molding, spraying, silk screen, IMD,assembling etc. We can provide all-around solutions for customers from products designing, molding, injection, reprocessing to assembling. Our molds range from automobile accessories, medical parts, digital, communication, security, smart household appliance, electronics, etc.
We have 37 sets of plastic injection molding machines (from 15T to 1500T),12 sets of EDM, 6 sets of CNC, which can satisfy the requirement of mould trail and batch production
